A native of the Nepalese village of Barapipale, in Syangja district, Chudamani Sharma, Joint Secretary, Government of Nepal, is one of the best-selling authors of the Public Service Examination. With outstanding academic records, he holds an M.Phil in Public Administration, an MPA, an MBA, and a B.Ed.

In preparation for the Public Service Examination, he is one of the most sought-after authors. He is the author of more than 80 Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) examination books.
